Small Wins Matter! First Milestone Achieved π―π
Celebrating Biolysis Weekly's First Milestone - 100 Free Subscribed Readers
According to the Harvard Business Review (HBR) article titled, βThe Power of Small Winsβ, an antiquated thought in organizational psychology has been to never celebrate small wins, but to build up into a large commemoration of efforts, only when a large enough milestone or objective has been achieved.
However, as the HBR article suggests, studies show the contrary. Successful leaders tend to acknowledge and celebrate small wins, achieved by both individuals and teams. This celebration of small wins has a βsnow-ballβ effect of building creativity, positivity and motivation. This innately leads to higher levels of productivity and growth for organizations.
One of the best things about writing a newsletter, is that you get to be your own boss! This means self-motivation is vital. And, so is celebrating small wins.
Well, Biolysis Weekly has achieved its first milestone of 100 Free Subscribed Readers, in its first inaugural 24 hours!

If you are receiving this email, it is because you are part of that first 100 β and that is special.
I want to thank you for supporting Biolysis Weekly, in its early stages, and stay tuned for next weekβs newsletter.
The next milestone objective is to achieve 1,000 free subscribed readers. So, spread the word, and share this newsletter among your family, friends & colleagues. The more the merrier!
